We start the activity with an explanation by our instructors about the basics of diving, how the equipment works, and what we’ll do in the pool

After that, we do a practice in the pool, in small groups, to get used to the feeling of breathing underwater and practice some basic exercises to feel confident before the sea dive.

During the boat trip, the instructors will explain you the habitats and species that can be observed, using the Ecoguide Tools. We will go to a quiet and shallow area in the Montgrí Coast, within the Natural Park

Finally, the most exciting part: the sea dive, where you will perform your first dive in open waters with an instructor by your side.
The dive lasts approximately 20-25 minutes and reaches a maximum depth of 10 meters, tailored to each participant individually.
During the dive, you can see octopuses, morays, wrasse fish, bream, starfish, and much more.

Then, we put on the full diving gear

We enter the pool, and after a short adjustment period, we play underwater.

We learn to breathe and swim with the scuba gear while playing through hoops, practicing buoyancy, and passing the torpedo to experience underwater movement in a fun way.
